I’ve been working with Genesis Carpet for several years now, and they have consistently been exceptional. They are incredibly responsive, reliable, and truly experts in what they do.I was first introduced to them through a referral, with the promise that they had a method that could essentially bring carpets back to life—and they absolutely delivered. At the time, I was seriously considering a full carpet replacement, but after their treatment, the carpet looked like new. It completely eliminated the need for replacement.More recently, I had a bathroom flood that caused water damage and staining on the carpet. Once again, their team came in and restored everything beautifully. The results were impressive, and the carpet looks great.If you are looking for a professional company that is dependable, responsive, and fairly priced, I would not go anywhere else. I strongly recommend Genesis Carpet and will continue to use their services.

I did carpet and furniture cleaning for the first time with Genesis and I am so glad I did. They were wonderful. Polite, responsive and they two guys that worked on my home really wanted to help get out any and all stains I had problems with.
