We had Genesis do our carpet, they did a great job! They were very easy to communicate with and schedule, and their estimates process was helpful.There may be cheaper deals but it isn't worth it compared to Genesis' quality of work!We also had them do our kitchen tile, and it looks like new! You can see on the picture the right side is cleaned, while the left is about to be worked on!Thanks Andrew and Genesis!

Our experience with Genesis Carpet has been tremendous. We work primarily with Andrew who has gone above and beyond to help us keep our carpets looking great.Recently, we spilled some coffee on our family room wall-to-wall carpet. Unfortunately, the spill went beyond the top carpet into the padding below. Andrew has returned to clean the stubborn stain three times (without charging for the additional two visits). He also informed us that he would return one additional time (at no extra charge) if needed.We have used Genesis for two years and enthusiastically recommend that you use Andrew and Genesis Carpet for your carpet cleaning needs.

These guys are fantastic; they go above and beyond to get your carpet as perfect as it could possibly be. Every challenge I ask them to take on, they put their all into, the results look perfect to me, and they apologize they couldn’t get it better. I’m never going to use another carpet cleaning service.

Last year my son accidentally spilled "chocolate/blueberry shake" on our light cream color carpet! yikes! I immediately called Genesis Carpet (Andrew) to ask what to do to clean this mess, he sent John the next morning and I have NO IDEA how! Genesis Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpet completely and really transformed my apartment.
