Everything I was promised was delivered — and more. I was fully prepared to purchase new carpet depending on the results, but my old carpet truly looks brand new!

Polite, responsive and they two guys that worked on my home really wanted to help get out any and all stains I had problems with. Genesis Carpet Cleaning has been SFBU’s go to vendor when it comes to carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, as well as tile and grout cleaning. Their experience and expertise shows in the results of their work. They recently provided services for us, and did an amazing job. Honestly, we thought we were going to have to replace the carpets in one of our suits. Not only did they save the University over $10,000 (the cost to have new carpets installed) the work they performed looked as though we had new carpets installed. They completed this cleaning over a month ago and stains have not risen. They are cost efficient, and Andrew and his team provide the best customer service. You can’t go wrong with Genesis Carpet Cleaning.
